I Can Help You
Perhaps you feel that your life has been put on hold, and it’s difficult to plan anything. Maybe you are trying naturally without success or preparing for your first IVF. Perhaps you have been through a few failed cycles and are not sure what to do next?
I help people through the emotional roller coaster of infertility, IVF, miscarriage, egg/sperm donation and involuntary childlessness, offering support so that you can feel less alone during this often very challenging and uncertain time.
Making sense of all the options, supplements, well-meant advice and other considerations can feel overwhelming or impossible. If you are feeling angry, isolated, helpless and envious, you may be thinking:
“Why can’t my body do what it is meant to?”
“How much longer can I do this for?”
“Who am I?”
“What if it never works?”
If this feels familiar, you are not alone … I can help you.

My Qualifications
As a fully trained and qualified Gestalt counsellor, I had the privilege and honour to be trained by Babette Rothschild in Somatic Trauma Therapy, and subsequently received specialist advanced training in Fertility Counselling with the British Infertility Counselling Association (BICA). I currently facilitate a support group with Fertility Alliance for people struggling to conceive their first child.
Previously working as a counsellor for the NHS, where I gained experience helping a diverse range of clients navigate their emotional difficulties, I now provide counselling at the Camden Council Parent and Carer Counselling Service for parents with school-age children.
As well as attending to my private clients, I also work at University College London providing pastoral care and support for students experiencing mental health problems and study difficulties.
